How do I cancel my subscription?

For current customers:

1. Under the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, select Billing & Subscriptions.

2. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button in the upper right-hand corner. 

3. Indicate why you want to cancel your subscription, and complete the process. 

Note: you will have full access to Harlow until the end of your current billing period. 

If you would like to cancel your trial account, please email support@meetharlow.com and we will delete your account from the database.
